Did you know that 75% of mental health issues develop before the age of 24? Young women are among the most vulnerable, facing high rates of anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.
At Young Gal Inner Child, we are dedicated to supporting teenage girls (13-19) and young women (20-35) by providing mental health education, career development, mentorship, and financial literacy programs. Our goal is to empower them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to build a strong, independent future.
